This shipping policy explains how orders are processed, dispatched and delivered across Africa.
Greek Peptides ships to countries across Africa, with a reduced rate for Kenya and a single continental rate for every other country. The delivery options for your country, with prices and estimated times, are shown at checkout once you select it.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of confirmed payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Orders are delivered to the address provided, subject to courier coverage and local availability.
After dispatch, delivery within Kenya is same-day in and around Nairobi and up to 2 days anywhere else in Kenya; delivery to the rest of Africa takes around 5 days. Timings are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on courier performance and customs.
Two delivery rates apply, set by your delivery country: Kenya Delivery ($5) for Kenyan addresses and Africa Delivery ($30) for every other country we serve. The selected method and cost are saved against your order.
A tracking reference is issued by email once your order is dispatched, where the selected courier supports tracking.
Delivery within Kenya costs $5 (same-day in and around Nairobi, up to 2 days elsewhere in Kenya); delivery to the rest of Africa costs $30 (around 5 days). Tracking is provided after dispatch.

Please verify your delivery details at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may incur a re-dispatch fee.
If an order is not delivered within a reasonable period, contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
